My instant ink colour has run out mid print.  You Last shipped ink in May 8 Months ago and are supposed to send new cartridges in a timeous maner.  So why am I posting this? considering I should have new cartrideges sitting on the shelf waiting to be installed but sadly this is not utopia.

Come on HP you've let me down and I am considering buying a competitor product and canceling instant ink.

Hi,

Do you keep your printer connected to the internet ? The system MUST be able to check your printer before sending out new inks. You can log on to your HP Connected account to chek. Please read
