Whenever I try to turn on my printer the error 005FBB6 keeps popping up and the lights on the printer start to flash.  It then says "Please turn printer off and then on." Even if I do that the message keeps on popping back up.

I currently have a HP Photosmart Premium C410a.

Is this a way to fix this problem because I really need to use my printer.

I have seen a lot of codes and that is not a common one.  Hopefully this document will be of some assistance:

--An Alphanumeric Code (Example: '0x......' or 'C2......') Displays on the Front Panel--

The point of this link is to remove all of the ink cartridges, unplug the printer from the back while it is powered on and wait ten seconds, plug it back in, wait for the prompt to insert ink cartridges, then let me know if this gets the error to go away or not.  If not, another step is just to leave it unplugged while powered on (hard reset) and let it sit unplugged over-night.

I hope this helps!

I unplugged the power for almost 2 hours, then plugged the power on & it worked again.

Very good! You may want to make sure the firmware is up-to-date (or any critical updates) just to make sure it doesn't happen again in case they are related.  Here is a link I clicked to check if it had updates available (for Windows 7 64-bit).  If that is not your operating system you can click the right one and proceed with the download(s).  If it doesn't go through, it is likely up-to-date.

Otherwise, let me know if I can be of any more assistance.  Happy Printing!
