My printer won’t print emails

My printer won’t print emails.  It did print some in colour, then I chose the black and white option and it wouldn’t print emails at all.  I bought my printer March 2016, got it set up but never used it, so am only using it for the first time today!

Going through your post, are you trying to print the emails from your computer or are you referring to the HP ePrint service?

I guess you are trying to setup ePrint feature where you can simply email the document or photo you want to print directly to the printer. If so, please check here for details: http://hp.care/2cYTJo4
