I have sent you the steps via private message.
Hi Mijuluto & Kyle - just to clarify, if you have a pool of ink in the printer this doesn't necessarily indicate that the printhead is at fault. In fact it is a lot more likely that there is an issue with the service station being full or maybe a problem with the ink tubes inside the printer.
