faxing from a computer using 8610 officejet pro

from my computer I can not send a fax or change the cover page for a fax.  I can open the fax wizard set up. I can open everthing else except for send a fax.

To get cover page, all you need: fill out the following pop up

         

Note: My test is from a loan HP Officejet Pro 8620 which is very close to your 8610.

After downloading the sofeware for the 8610, there is a 8610 on my home screen.  One I click on the picture, it open up to where I can see all information reegarding ink levels, scan to computer, fax wizard set up.  under the send fax it will not open it did before but not now.

I just reviewed your last post.  I  opened a doc and tried to send it by fax and canot do i.   it is only showing me the 8610 printer not fax

Hi,

Next to Fax setup wizard have you tried to use Manage Fax Setting ? You need to  work on this too.
