plotter prints with the imprint of a black and yellow

плоттер печатает с отпечатком черного и желтого цвета.
была произведенна замена печатающей головки (Printhead), но результата небыло,
так же заменил картриджы (Ink Cartridge) тот же результат.
посоветуйте что можно сделать.
прикрепляю сканированый отпечаток листа

If the printhead was replaced then the issue has to be either the contacts on the flex connection that mate with the printhead in the carriage assembly or an issue with the actual carriage assembly as it appears to be something electrical.
