Printer will not print. Computer and printer agree they are connected. Activity box shows 1 document in queue. Print preview is correct.

I would make sure you disable any Anti-Virus programs you have installed on the PC. Also, I would suggest uninstalling the printer, and then reinstalling the software to reestablish the connection.
