Envy 5530
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

After uninstalling and reinstalling the Envy 5530 from my laptop to resolve a connectivity issue, I no longer find the option for double sided printing. I tried updating the printer software but still have no option for double sided printing. How might I be able to restore double sided printing option?

Hi,
Ensure the Automatic Duplexing option is enabled:

Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.

Now try printing and check for any difference.
