Awhile ago I replaced the imaging drum - NO PROBLEM.  Well I got a flashing red light now and found out it is time to replace the imaging transfer belt and the fuser.  I followed the instructions and replaced them both, however i still have a red flashing light.  When I run the SnycThru web service, it tells me to replace the transfer belt and fuser.  I did that so now what???   I double checked the new parts with the old and the numbers are the same made sure everything went  back the way it is supposed to.  I printed a page out and it was fine however now the pages are coming out light.  HELP!!!!!   TIA!

You need to reset the counter on replaced parts, only authorised service centres have tools ( special software ) that can reset counters.

I have the same problem.  The original parts are readibly available in the open market, and not difficult to replace.  I went into Techmode and reset the counters, but the Transfer Belt counter has not changed and I still have the red flashing light.   How am I expected to know when the transfer belt will need changing again.
