Hi,

 

This souonds like a hardware defect, however you could try pluggin in the power cord (if not allready) directly in to a wall socket instead of a extension cord, that sometimes helps.

HI,

 

its normal glass so use a glass cleaner that des not leave stripes, and make sure you do not overwet the unit. Also disconnect the power before cleaning the glass.
