This is a new sprout. Must have been old stock. I updated the drivers from the support site because the computer was having major issues. Projector and mat quit working. Updated windows hoping it might fix things and now sprout workplace will not run either.

To fix this problem you can reset your computer. To do this read and follow the instructions carefully.
3. Reset this pc
4. Continue with instructions
