Product: TS Series Tablet Model 10 G2 2301

I kept getting the acore process not working pop up.  So I cleared cache for all apps but that didn’t worked. So I eventually uninstalled Facebook, Contacts, and some google apps that I was not using.  While watching Crunchyroll, the Tablet rebooted itself and then an Android update.  When it finally finished, I swiped up and tapped to enter password but didn’t get the keyboard. Instead, the Google mic came up spinning. The wording “Try saying something” is doubled and “Try Again” is there. However, I can’t get it to hear or transcribe anything. 

 

Is there a way to fix this with a reset button somewhere on the tablet? Or remote access?  Thanks.
