HP ProDesk 400 G4 SFF (Y5W43AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Support!

We have 10 new HP ProDesk 400 G4 SFF (Y5W43AV), Windows 10 pro (x64), latest updates, latest BIOS, all drivers downloaded from https://support.hp.com/hu-hu/drivers/selfservice/hp-prodesk-400-g4-small-form-factor-pc/15292380/mod...

All the systems have the same mystic error. Some USB drives they like, some not. USB 1/2/3 or USB Hub or USB DVD, use the front or motherboard connectors, does not matter. Example, Kingston DT100 G3 ok, TP-Link UH720 not.

I hear the sound when I plug in and nothing happens. All the 10 system do the same, and they not one system clone.

I disabled/reinstalled USB drivers, the USB eXtensible Host Controller, etc. Nothing.

But if I connected the USB before the boot and let the system boot up, I can use the device. If I disconnect and reconnect, I lost the device again.

Anyone help? 😄

Thank you.
