Dear HP people,

Previously I have tried to resolve the internal bluetooth issue, I have been given some good advice but it didn't help.

That's fine and I think you have helped me.

I have purchased a Bluetooth Adapter over USB because I need especially bluetooth audio.

It is plug and play and did work instantly, this was only true for file transfer and mobile connection.

Now what I want is play audio on my laptop, send it over bluetooth via the USB and then hear it on my headphones. I can pair with my headphone, even connect, yet I cannot truely play audio and hear it.

I kind a know what the problem is but not how to fix it. In playback devices menu I see 3 Bluetooth audio devices and 2 other default devices.

The 3 bluetooth devices aren't available, they are greyed out with an red arrow.

If you need any further information please ask it and I will provide that ofcourse.

Greetings your customer.
