Product: Compaq 610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got my hp Compaq 610 service in service centre Lucid technologies and I spent 8374 INR and changed battery,OS to windows 10,then Antuvirus and after a day my laptop is giving boot p4obk3m.It just starts with energy star symbol and after that black screen.I asked the service centre Lucid Technologies who are authorised partner for HP in Bengaluru and they saying my hard disk is gone and I have to spent 2750 + taxes again and I dontvunderstand how myvhard disk is gone after a day of service and Ibjust jad started my laptop for once.This kind of service is not expected from HO at least.Pls help
