HP Recommended
Product: HP All In One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Mouse is frozen.  Keyboard worked right away.  These are my own, not the ones that came with the All In One.

 

Mouse is fine on other HP desktop.  There is only so much I can do with keyboard shortcuts.  Window 10 has the most trivial, annoying , constant problems one after another, endless.

 

Don't get why Desktops are not an option on drop down menu to post this?  Not all HP products are Notebooks, correct?
