HP Prime Graphing Calculator
Microsoft Windows 11

When using the HP Connectivity Kit (tried both on Windows 11 and Mac OS 13.4.1) my newly purchased HP Prime Calculator is not being recognized. The HP Prime Virtual calculator is showing up in the Connectivity Kit. When I check in Windows using Device Manager, there is no indication that the computer is seeing anything connected to a COM port. The same is true for the Mac. This leads me to believe that the Connectivity Kit is not properly configured for USB serial communication. I bought my HP Prime from a link supplied by the HP website. It came packaged in a clear plastic blister pack. Is mine an unsupported grey market product? Does ANYONE have the Connectivity Kit working with this calculator?
