Product: HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We received this printer as a hand-me-down from the install team, and whoever set the web services admin password is no longer working here. 

We are having some strange issues with this printer, but mostly, the admin account has us locked out of most options. We can reset the system from the core menu (hold power button, then home back home home), but the admin password remains. We tried from the system menu (home back home back) but when we choose “Enable Disable Menu”, it crashes to a blue screen with what looks like a power button. 

Not quite sure where to go next. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
