HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28fdn W1A29A
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello,

i bought HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdn W1A29A multifunctional printer with duplex copying and scanning option, and that was doing great so far. However, since last few days, those options are no longer supported, and i have no more options on printer front panel to select option to copy documents double sided and also i don't have anymore option on my pc software to select double scanning documents, only one sided. I have updated the firmware of printer to up to date after that, but nothing changed. To be concrete, i have always since last few days doing double sided copying and scanning, withaout any problems and it was working through top feeder panel.

Can anyone help me to understand what happened and how to resolve the problem?
