Product: HP ENVY 5530 all-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi.  My HP ENVY 5530 all-in-one printer scanner will no longer connect to the internet. When trying to scan to email or connect to web services it gives the error " Server Connection Error - The printer was unable to connect to the server.  Check the internet connection and try again, or set an proxy address" .  This worked previously and other devices continue to function.  I can still scan wirelessly to the HP App and the Scan Doctor indicates no fault with printing and scanning.  I have also downloaded the most recent software and firmware and the issue has not resolved.  A solution to get back the very useful scan to email would be appreciated.  Thanks
