i JUST HAVE A QUCIK QUESTION.  I AM GETTING A NOTICE AFTER INSTALLING INK INTO MY PRINTER TO SUBMIT FOR REWARD POINTS AND WHEN I CLICK ON THE SUBMIT BUTTON IT GOES FOR A LITTLE WHILE THAN TELL ME IT CAN NOT CONNECT TO HP REWARDS.  I HAVE TRIED THIS THE LAST 10 TIMES I INSTALLED INK AND THE SAME THING.  MY PRINTER ISN'T HOOK UP THRU MY MODEM BECAUSE I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO THAN SO IS THAT THE REASON WHY BECAUSE MY PRINTER IN HOOKED UP BY CABLE THRU MY COMPUTER.  I AM ALSO NOT ABLE TO USE THE INSTANT INK FEATURE EITHER.  I APPRECIATE ANY HELP SOMEONE CAN GIVE ME BECAUSE HP IS NO HELP AT ALL.
