Ever since its last update, my printer has only been able to print the outlines of text characters and lineart. Additionally, it does not attempt to print any file from my laptop, which has a Windows OS; it immediately labels any queued file as error.

 I have unplugged it, restarted it, done a full factory reset, cleaned and aligned the cartridges 5+ times, and tried printing from different applications. My ink cartridges are around 80% full, so low ink isn’t an issue.
