HP Recommended
Product: ExaColour Laserjet Pro MFP M283fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have problems with my laserjet. The HPSmart app says it is ready on my laptop but when I try to print any document (word, pdf etc) I get a notification that the printer is offline. I can go through my mobile and print off using the HP Smart app. I have tried running all the various HP diagnosis, made sure both laptop and printer are on same network, re-booted router, printer, laptop all together and separately but nothing works.
