Product: HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For months, I have been able to print my own messages with graphics inside of various 5x7 or 4x6 thank you cards from various companies (basically whatever I purchase at Target or other office stores).  

 

All of a sudden, each time I try to print the card gets jammed.  The card gets stuck at the first roller each time.

 

I am using the manual feed because the large paper tray will not accommodate the small size of the cards.  

 

I have updated the drivers, changed the paper weight to card stock, uninstalled the printer and reinstalled....nothing.
