HP 6700 All in One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use the duplex printing feature on my 6700 All in One A LOT. Suddenly last week it started getting an error message that it couldn't resolve duplex printing with letter-sized paper. Using HP's print doctor didn't find any problems, let alone a solution, so I wound up uninstalling all the HP software and then reinstalling it. After reinstalling the software it was able to print one document duplex and then the error came back. When I reinstalled the software and tried to print again, the error was still there. The printer hasn't had any paper jams, or problems with ink, or any issues with printing one-sided, just double-sided and the printer can't seem to figure out what the issue is, just that there is one.  I even checked my laptop for viruses and there's nothing wrong there either. It doesn't matter if I'm using the printer wireless or via the USB port.
Anyone have any ideas?
