HP CN503B - not printing photo borders correctly

Hi

 

Please help!

 

I am trying to print photos at home on HP advanced paper, 6x4. I have tried all paper size settings, but the photos still come out with the border out of line. Either the left border is too small, or the bottom border is not right.

 

When we first got this printer, it worked great so not sure what has changed! I have tried using windows print options, HP print options and it still doesn't work.

 

Please let me know what I can do to fix this.
