Download and install the Broadcom driver on the link below.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp53501-54000/sp53663.exe

After the installation has completed, restart the notebook and let me know if this installed Ok.

Hi,

You may still find One Unknown/Other device in Device Manager - if you do, I believe it is the Card Reader driver on the following link.

How did you install Windows 7 Utlimate? I also purchased the same laptop, HP Pavilion G4-1212TX.

What is the process? I inserted the Windows CD, but I get blue screen.
