Printer Photosmart B110a
Using eprint for first time
All other printer functions work but NO printing from email sent to hpeprint
From my email sent by hpeprint
Thank you for using HP's ePrint service. Your print job has
been received and prepared for printing. If you are the account owner for the
printer, you can check the status of your print job at http://www.hpeprintcenter.com.

If you could post the full length of error message onto this thread, we could decipher the full context of the error message and see what the issue could be. Please make sure to remove your email frmo the message but having the full length error message would be extremely helpful.

The hpeprint Centre just had info as shown before that it had failed
The properties of my recieved email which said "prepared for printing" are as follows (Note I have adjusted email addresses)

I'm willing to guess that you've never had ePrint work when sending from this e-mail. It appears from the message that the e-mail is being blocked at the initial gateway of the HP servers which segregates known domains (like gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc) from the ones it doesn't recognize (like rr.com, cingular.att.com). I have a strong feeling that "tesco.net" is one of those it's filtering out (but this is a speculation as I do not have access to the algorithims in place for the servers).
Try sending a print job from a GMail account or a Yahoo account if you have access to one and see if you are capable of doing this. If so, set up an auto forward rule in one of these accounts to forward any e-mail sent to it to be forwarded on to the ePrint e-mail address. I've tested this here in our offices and have success.
Let me know if this works.

Thanks for reply. It looks as you are correct. I tried it with my ntlworld.com email address and it worked printer OK
