Product: HP Elite HPE-110be

Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10 my computer has some difficulty to boot up, most of the time I need to reset my computer twice before it successfully boots into Windows 10. I'm sure this is because the bios is not optimized for Windows 10 since the latest one I could find is from 2010 (5.13). Is there a more recent version of this bios available?
