Official Gazette, the full name: Polish Journal of Laws of the Republic - the most important Polish official journal. This is the only official source of knowledge of common law in the Polish Republic. Issue of the Journal of Laws is the exclusive competence of the Prime Minister, who does that with the help of editors contained in the Government Legislation Centre. Uninterruptedly until today Gazette was founded by a decree of the Regency Council of the Polish Kingdom of 3 January 1918, and its first issue was published February 1, 1918. From 1 January 2012 Gazette is published only in electronic form and made ​​available on a dedicated website.
