i have an older HP 8600 office pro. i recently had to reconnect it and establish web services as i changed my T-Mobile gateway to a higher level model.

i was given an email address for the printer. it is different from prior email address for the same printer with the former gateway. 

when i go into my account it says zero printers. if i try and add a printer it does not come up, however the ip address is visible. 

if i add it manually with the ip address it crashes the printer. 

is there a fix for all of this or do i just need to settle for the fact that the information is incorrect. i don’t see any place to edit the information in my account and or sign up for a new account.
