A month later, I decided to print a document. And I see a picture that the colored fragments are printed, but the black ones are not (text). I went into HP smart, I see that there is no ink in the cartridges, I filled them with ink, refilled them and installed them, but the picture did not change. Tell me what to do, the cartridges are about 2 months old.

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your black ink cartridge is not printing despite refilling it. Here are some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check if the Black Cartridge is Recognized
- Open HP Smart or the printer's control panel and check the ink levels.
- If the cartridge is not detected properly, remove and reinsert it firmly.
2. Clean the Printhead
Since you refilled the cartridge, air bubbles or clogged nozzles may be causing the issue.
- Open HP Smart → Printer Settings → Tools → Clean Printhead (Run this multiple times if needed).
- Alternatively, use the printer's control panel (if available) to perform the same action.
3. Perform a Manual Cleaning
- Remove the black ink cartridge.
- Dampen a lint-free cloth or paper towel with warm water or isopropyl alcohol.
- Gently wipe the printhead (the copper-colored area with small nozzles).
- Let it air dry for a few minutes and reinstall it.
4. Check for Print Quality Issues
- Print a diagnostic page: Press and hold the Resume/Cancel button (🔄) for 3-5 seconds until the printer starts printing a test page.
- If black is missing, the printhead may still be clogged.
5. Perform a Hard Reset
- Turn off the printer and unplug it
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
