HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer

Black ink wasn’t printing all of a sudden even thought I still had ink. Replaced all the ink cartridges and cleaned the print head. Still doesn’t print black but I noticed the black ink leaked inside the printer. I cannot find a way to speak with a human agent either. Can someone please tell me how to reach a real person to help me with my issue since I have exhausted all the things I can do myself.
