HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

The ink area has locked up and the ink cartridges will not move.   Even before that, the printer would tell me that ink cartridges were depleted -- when the copier had not been used and ink certainly had not been used.   I'm taking the unit to Best Buy for them to recycle.    Though I don't want to deal with this all-in-one anymore, I'd like for HP to be aware of the issues.
