HP Recommended

I have an Hp officejet pro8600 and I just put in new cartridges but now it says “There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP” I have turned it on and off multiple times now each time waiting for at least 30 sec before turning it back on but there is no change
