Hi ,
1. My name is Manisha Phour
2. I had purchased a Notebook Model no : HP Pav x360 Convert 13-u104TU
3. The diwali 2016 redemption code for the offer is 90305XXX.
4. I haven't received all the gifts yet. The company said that you'll get it within a month (due date 6th dec 2016). But now that month is over and the gifts are not even dispatched yet and also I'm not getting any positive responses.
5. The initial response was that the delay was due to overwhelming response....and now they have stopped responding also.
6. I have not received the following gifts:-
(a) Wired Headset
(b) HP 1 TB Hard Disk
7. I have received the following gifts:-
(a) Two years additional warranty
(b) One year Reliance Theft Insurance
(c) One year Mcafee Internet Security
8. Why this commitment if it cannot be fulfilled. An extremely poor show on part of HP.
