Hi,
To reset the bios password on your machine you will have to request a smc file from HP Business Support - there are no 3rd party utilities that will work for your model.
HP will email the smc file to you, along with instruction on its use.
To contact HP Business Support, start on the following link.

BIOS Password can be reset on best efforts basis by HP.
The reset process is as follows :
`
1. You wll have to take a picture of F1 screen
Please reboot the unit>> Tap F1 key >> get in to system information>> Take a picture of the screen>> send it to HP support.
2. HP will send you an utility which would be a SMC bin file along with instructions.
3. Follow the steps and if in case it does not work, the system board on the unit needs to be replaced.
