Hi,

 

Try installing the HP version of Cyberlink YouCam 6 on the following link and see if this will work with your webcam.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71830.exe

Thank you ever so much. I did find out how this am. The same link. Spend over 4 hours yesterday trying to find out how. Then this am popped the same question into my browzer and the answer was right there.  You guys are amazing Thank you David.
