Product: HP EliteDesk 800 35W G4 Desktop Mini PC

I have a Sy gate 4T drive in a Ugreen case, every time I boot my system (HP EliteDesk 800 35W G4 Desktop Mini PC),

I have to turn off the drive on the computer just hangs at the HP sure start screen, turn it off, as soon as I get the windows circles, I turn it on and everything boots normal

This is not as unusual as you think --as I have a laptop that does the same -- tried to boot from any external drive it sees.

 

I have not found a way to prevent this.
