Welcome to the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I understand that you are looking for help as your computer is not powering on properly. I am happy to assist with this.
It is hard to say yet, what the cause is, but this HP Desktop PCs - Computer Does Not Start (Windows 10,8), is the best way to start. Just read through it carefully and start from the top, and when necessary choose the symptom that best matches, which sound most like the heading "The computer does not receive power (no noise or lights)"
