Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed 32gb of DDR3 PC-12800 but it only runs at 1333mhz.   I do no see any ram options in the BIOS (v8.14)

The IPMMB-FM motherboard supports both PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333) & PC3-12800 (DDR3-1600).  How can I get my RAM running at full speed?

@WB2001,

No confusion on my side

PC-12800 runs at 1600 MHz (800x2 really)

PC-10600 runs at  1333 Mhz (667x2)

The  PC3-12800 I installed was running at 1333mhz,  my question was how to get it to run at the full 1600mhz because there is no hardware reason for it not to.  The IPMMB-FM motherboard and i7-3770 processor fully support PC12800 at 1600Mhz.  For some reason something in the H9-1350 firmware was limiting the ram speed.

Anyways, I solved it.   I downloaded Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (mostly for some diagnostics) and was able to use it to set the ram speed and CL clockings using an XMP profile.  Ram is now reporting at 1600mhz through both Intel XTU, CPU-Z & windows.   Benchmark score increases show an increase as well, so it actually worked
