Product: sk-2061 wireless keybaord
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

Our SK-2061 keyboard stopped working.  Have replaced batteries and pushed the connect button but still will not connect.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!  It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel.  I understand that your wireless keyboard is not working properly.  I am happy to help with this.

 

Have you tried to connect the keyboard to a different computer or compatible device?

 

Also try out this document: HP PCs - Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Troubleshooting. Please let me know whether that works for you, and if it does resolve your issue, please mark this post as a solution. Kudos would also be appreciated.
