HP Pavilion 24-b017a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased HP Pavilion 24-b017a a few days ago, and the first set up went well. After that, my very first action to the PC was FireFox installation, but it did not go well, so I did a system restore. However, this system restore did not go well either (even after 15 min, the screen remained black). So, I turned off the PC and back on, which showed the very first set up screen.

Now, my issue is this set up screen repeats a loop between "High there" and "Get going fast" (after clicking "Use Express settings", the PC shows "Just a moment", then shows "High there" again.)

I would be very grateful if someone could help solve this. Thank you in advance.
