Hi there @ARANA1,

Welcome back to the HP Support Forums!  I understand that you are looking or help with restoring your system to it factory installation.  I am happy to assist you with this.

Please post the full product number and operating system in use on your computer. See the following, if you need help with that information.  HP Desktop PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number?

What OS was originally installed in your system?

If the OS was replaced or upgraded, the built in recovery manager likely no longer works. If you never made recovery media prior to an upgrade, or clean install, then you would need a set, to reload the factory image.  HP PCs - Obtaining HP Recovery Discs or an HP USB Recovery Drive

Please let me know whether that works for you, and if it does resolve your issue, please mark this post as a solution. Kudos would also be appreciated.
