Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg2000 (4U8D9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So I will plug in my laptop and it will charge properly for maybe 10-15 minutes and then abruptly stop. If I unplug the charger from the block or the outlet and wait a  good while, I can plug it back into the laptop and get it to start charging again. 

Is there any reason why this could be happening?

 

When it stops charging, it does not even say "plugged in", even though I have checked for loose connections...

 

I have checked the battery health and it says: "normal"

 

I have also tried to visit the HP support page and download the updated drivers, however they do not give me the option to select Windows 11 version 23H2 as my OS software version, so I cannot download the correct drivers.
