HP Solution Center
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Solution Center for HP Photosmart Wireless e-All-in-One Printer - B110a does not work. It worked perfectly until a few days ago...

The message says:

"HP Solution Center cannot run because your device installation is not complete.

Please plug in the USB cable or re-run the setup program from the installation CD for a network installation.

If this does not complete the installation, or you do not have the CD, acces the HP help files by clicking the Start menu"

I have tried to download software from HP but without succes.

I do not have the CD to reset the printer.

Any solution?

Thank you very much

Hi @Farigola,

Welcome to the HP Community.

I understand you are unable to use the HP Solution Center on your Windows 10 computer. I will do my best to help.

Here is a link to some troubleshooting steps I recommend trying. When you open the link, scroll down to the section titled "'HP Solution Center cannot run' or 'Scan is busy or in use' error displays with a network connected printer".

HP Printers - After Windows 10 Upgrade, Printer Problems Occur

Please try out the steps, and get back to me with the results.

Thank you Marcellus.for your answer.

Unfortunately when I download and run the Print and Scan Doctor says to me that “the full software solution for your product is not installed on your computer” and tells me to install the full software solution.

I did that and nothing happens

Again, keep in mind that he HP Solution Center used to work perfectly

Marcellus,

After the failure of the Step 1 yesterday, I tried today the Step 3 (Uninstall the HP printer software and reinstall it).

The HP Solution Center in my computer is working again!!!

Thank you so much
