This PC has an "Integrated Intel HD Graphics" card. Can I add a 2nd monitor via HDMI? Or USB?

Considering the specs of that model, the easiest method to add a monitor is to use a USB to DVD/VGA adapter. That model PC has both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0. Either of these should fill the need.
USB 2.0: https://www.amazon.com/Plugable-Graphics-Multiple-Displays-1920x1080/dp/B004AIJE9G?th=1
USB 3.0 : https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00A2E1MQA/ref=psdc_13983791_t1_B004D0QC0A
I'm not an HP employee.
