Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 2 cats that keep touching my screen and sending my computer into oblivian, enlarging, reducing opening programs & ordering things I don't want ordered.  Anyway, can I disable the touch on the screen and only use my mouse?

@SherryT3006, welcome to the forum.

Go into the Control Panel / Device Manager / Human Interface Devices / select (>) on the left side / HID-compliant Touch Screen / right click on it and select "Disable".  This should disable the Touchscreen.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.

Thanks that took care of it.  I also wrote down the instructions incase I ever want to reengage the touch screen.  Hah! I am so glad the cats won't be able to mess up my screen any more. :generic:

You are very welcome, @SherryT3006.

If I wasn't a cat man myself, I would tell you to tie the cats up to keep them away from the computer.  :OpenSmile:
