Both Google Chrome and FireFox fail to work properly on my NEW HP touchscreen computer. They work just fine on the other computers in the house. Basically, they take about two minutes to show up and then fail to access the sites I want to work with. I am so frustrated that I am beginning to think it's a trick of IE EDGE to force you to use their browser- which by the way works just fine!! Help!

Hi@Mary4788,
Thanks for stopping by HP Support Forums.
I came across your post and would like to help.
Need assistance in fixing the browser issues on the PC. Is that, correct?
This appears to be an incorrectly configured browser on the PC.
I recommend you to reinstall the browsers using the respective links below and check if that solves the issue.
Google Chrome: http://hp.care/2kjDtAi
Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/new/?scene=2
Hope the solution answers your query. Feel free to reply back for more.
