i have had my Hp pavilion 23 all-in-one for a few months now, i have noticed from relatively early on that it is running fairly slow. web pages load up slow, lags when loading sometime network connection issues. it is almost like the PC is struggling, which should not be the case with the pc's computing power. my network connection is totally fine as well. I have looked for ways to solve the issue but none have worked. i have recently reset the PC to factory settings expecting the PC to run nice and smooth but the issue still persists. any ways i can fix it?

Hi there @picko-284,
I hope you find your Support Forum experience a positive one! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I understand that your system is seemingly slow with its network connections and when loading web pages I am happy to help with this.
Please post the full product number for your computer. See the following, if you need help with that information. HP Desktop PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number?
First I would suggest that you make sure that your drivers are up to date using the HP Support Assistant, HP PCs - Using HP Support Assistant (Windows 10, 8, 7).
Then I would look at: HP PCs - Computer Is Slow (Windows 10), and HP PCs - Slow Internet Troubleshooting (Windows 10, 😎.
Please let me know whether there is any change, and if it does resolve your issue, please mark this post as a solution. Kudos would also be appreciated.
